Chris Dzikiti

Trustee and Treasurer

Chris Dzikiti is an executive coach and mentor with extensive leadership experience across healthcare. He has held senior executive and board-level positions at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has led national programmes at NHS England. With more than 20 years of expertise in healthcare transformation, service delivery, and commissioning, Chris is widely recognised as a respected multi-professional leader.

From 2017 to 2021, Chris worked as a global healthcare consultant for Health Education England in India, providing technical support for mental health services. He is a published author, contributing a chapter on psychiatric intensive care to the book Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing – The Craft of Caring. In addition, Chris is a trustee for James’ Place, a UK-based charity providing free, life-saving, in-person therapy to men in suicidal crisis.

He is passionate about mentoring and coaching, actively promoting wellbeing initiatives for men. Chris is committed to supporting young people from global majority backgrounds and is deeply involved in charitable work across Africa.
